Carnival Crew is excited to welcome you to the Crew for Cropover 2018 in the beautiful island of Barbados
We will provide a VIP experience for you, from the moment you touch down to the time you leave. A summary of what is included in your package:
- Accommodations for 5 nights (August 2nd - 7th)
- Costume/Band Registration with KRAVE the Band
- Foreday Morning Package with Caesar's Army A.M. Bush BIM
- Costume and Foreday Morning Package Pickup and Delivery to you - don't worry about going to the Band House or the meeting point. Relax on the beach or at the pool and your items will come to you
- Tickets to the Following Fetes (Parties):
- Lush - Cooler Fete, bring your own bottle, alcohol provided in your Welcome Bag
- Mimosa - All Inclusive (Food and Drink) Breakfast Fete
- Soca Brainwash BIM - VIP level, Drinks Inclusive
- Roast Cruise - All Inclusive Boat Ride
- Bliss - All Inclusive Fete
- Transportation to and from Airport and all Events
- Professional Makeup Artist for Grand Kadooment (parade)
- Professional Photographer to capture all of the memories
- Welcome Bag full of all the necessities for a great Cropover Experience
Deposits will be $250 until January 31st and will increase to $500 after that point. As part of Shereta's crew, if you decide to pay in full at time of registration you will receive a 3% discount on your package. All Packages must be paid off by July 15th.
Payment Options are as follows, and you can select during Registration:
- (1) Payment - Paid in Full
- (2) Payments - To be Made in January and May
- (4) Payments - Quarterly Payments to be made in January, March, May and July
- Monthly Payments - Payment amount will be dependent on time of Registration

To Register, click on image or link under image. Payments can be made through PayPal or with Credit/Debit Card. Online processing fees are assessed in the Registration price.
Cancellation Policy: Full Refund will be issued, minus processing fees, if cancelled within 14 days of registration (void if Registration is after May 1st). No Refund if beyond the 14 days OR if Registration is after May 1st. All payments made towards all other elements of the package will not be refunded due to the no-refund policy of the Bands and Event Planners. Recommend that those who live in the USA or Canada purchase Trip Insurance through www.insuremytrip.com.
